Diane Parman

DECOR by Di
Diane was raised in the Northeast, then moved to Houston to finally get warm and to further her education. An honor graduate of the Art Institute of Houston, she moved to the Cypress area with two children and two mostly behaved dogs. Diane has successfully exhibited both her paintings and sculptures professionally but her passion has always been creating beautiful usable spaces and items or "sculpture you live within". After nearly 20 years of working as a designer, she founded her own company, DECOR by Di and has been creating beautiful, functional spaces ever since.
Shelley Conger
Senior Project Manager DECOR by Di
Shelley is a native Texan. She has recently returned to her home state after a brief stint in California and we are thrilled to have her on our team! She lives in the Sugarland area with her husband and two children. Shelley has a degree in Interior Design from Stephen F. Austin State University and over 17 years of experience in both commercial and residential design, facilities management, project management, art consulting and photography.

Megan is a Houston native who is currently pursuing a Design degree. She brings music into our days as well as a strong work ethic. Megan is always happy to lend a hand where it's needed or to hold any ladder she doesn't have to climb.

Assistant
Decor by Di
Bri is a Houston native who is pursuing a Physical Therapy degree. She is the first to crack a joke but is all business when it comes to tracking down inventory. Bri can lift 250 lbs so we are happy to let her move as much furniture as she likes.
